Under the auspices of the NATO Information and Analytical Center, there has been an internship with Ukrainian doctors at Israel's second largest state clinic. Of course, this can not but impress: world-class medicine from the equipment to the organization of care.

The Israeli health system is a role model for insurance and family medicine. Insurance medicine consists of 4 health insurance funds; family medicine doctors work in institutions that provide them with the sickness funds that have signed contracts with them. Every Israeli citizen is insured and has two types of insurance: "Silver" and "Gold".

"Silver" includes all kinds of medical care, except for plastic surgery and non-urgent dentistry, and scheduled surgery should be queued; when paying for his insurance in the range of $ 37 per year, a person receives a "Golden Card", which covers a larger volume of medical services and emergency services for urgent and planned pathology (there is no need to pay for a silver card - it is kept by every employed citizen of the country) .

The Galilee Medical Center is a state-of-the-art medical facility and is even equipped with an underground clinic with 400 beds in which patients are transferred to 20 minutes. in the event of a seismic or military threat; it is also equipped with an air purification system and everything necessary and can function autonomously for 3 months in the event of a nuclear emergency.

The medical delegation from Ukraine was met by the director of the clinic Ayia Kipershlak, the round table and presentations of leading specialists of the clinic were held, as well as internships in the departments of the clinic according to the specialties of doctors from Ukraine.

All participants received an International Certificate of Internship in Israel.
