With the assistance of the NATO Information and Analysis Center, an internship with Ukrainian doctors at the Republican Clinic of Lithuania, Kaunas was held - the history of this clinic began in 1952

• more than 32,000 patients were treated in 2018;
• 127,892 consultations were provided at the consultation clinic (2018);
• There are 8 clinics in this hospital: psychiatric, rehabilitation, surgical, diagnostic, therapeutic, obstetrics and gynecology clinics, pediatric diseases and nursing clinics.

For 2018, we received 32 428 759 € of revenue. Number of beds: hospital - 1 153; intensive care and intensive care - 14; day hospital - 75; beds for mothers with children - 40; for care and supportive care 110.

As of 2018, 1 862 employees worked at the Republican Clinic: 500 doctors; care professionals - 575; auxiliary medical workers 487; administrative staff 300.

Ukrainian doctors got acquainted with the work of the clinic, the healthcare system of Lithuania, underwent internships in specialties according to the delegation. All participants received international internship certificates.
